Peter, a native of Washington State, was influenced by the northwest real estate arena his entire life. His father was a multiple award winning broker at John L. Scott and his brother was a nationally recognized expert for distressed properties.
Being built for the real estate business, Peter became a top producer his first year in his real estate company, Real Estate Solutions Group, a nationally ranked team closing over 200 homes a year. He then managed a large real estate team in Kirkland, WA starting his second year.
He now is the director of ODIGO Realty, is on the Agent Leadership Council, and runs a successful real estate team in the Eastside of Seattle.
Peter's personal real estate philosophy comprises of being a big fan of Dave Ramsey, investing and finance, and ultimately, financial freedom. Although he recognizes a home is a safe haven to raise families, Peter's focus is geared more towards how the home will serve as a betterment to the family's financial future. This means seeing real estate through the lens of ROI (return on investment), investigating the best deals out there for building massive equity overtime. He resonates with clients who hold similar views.
Peter also founded a homeless non-profit organization based in Seattle, WA named Baby Steps Ministry (www.babystepsministry.org).

"Make it happen"
